New programme coming in September!

What is Kathak Elixir?
For adults living with and beyond cancer, we have a new project starting in partnership with Pagrav Dance, leaning into Indian classical dance, called ‘Kathak Elixir’.

This dance project will encourage participants to become more physically active whilst simultaneously exploring new ways of moving, culturally adapted dancing, and group participation. Previous experience or knowledge of dance is not required.

Supporting the mental and physical wellbeing of people who have been affected by cancer through the movement of kathak and other forms of dance, music and art routed in South Asia.
